The Nordic Radiation Safety Authorities advise against using sunbeds
Do not use sunbeds. There is a proven risk of skin cancer associated with using sunbeds, and there is no safe lower limit for exposure to UV radiation from sunbeds. See the statement by The Nordic Radiation Safety Authorities (2019) (pdf).
