Listing of dose calculation programmes

Although in most cases measurement is the best way to determine the dose rate of radiation or the dose caused by radiation, there are situations to which calculation methods are better suited or in which a calculation method can replace measurement. Calculation methods and the purposes for which they are suitable have been listed below.
