Kari Peräjärvi is in charge of the coordination of field measurement operations and the related remote support. He plans nuclear and radiation physics research projects and leads the implementation of such projects. He participates in radiation surveillance, emergency preparedness activities and the development of methods and equipment related to these. He prepares and engages in research cooperation with national and international universities, industries and institutions.
