Nuclear Power Plants

Finland has two nuclear plants. They are situated in Loviisa and Olkiluoto. The only Finnish research reactor is situated in Espoo.

The Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority regulates the safety of nuclear facilities. The corner stones of regulation are updated regulations, comprehensive regulatory control and regular safety assesments.
