Direct alpha analysis for forensic samples (DAAFS)

Aim of the study

The purpose is to create an alpha spectrometric measurement capability for in-field conditions.

Implementation

DAAFS is an international project for alpha spectrometric data analysis. The results are stored in a database and they are transferred using wireless connections to command centre and to other partners. STUK builds the measurement, analysis and data management capabilities.

Dissemination and exploitation of the results
