Ordering an individual radiological monitoring documentAn individual radiological monitoring document is ordered from STUK in writing. The order can be made by the employee themselves or a representative of the employer who is responsible for dose monitoring. The order needs to have the signature of the person ordering. The document should be ordered at least two weeks before the journey in order for STUK to deliver in time. A new individual radiological monitoring document can only be issued after the previously given document has been returned to STUK and exposure to radiation abroad has been recorded in the dose register.
